Gypsy Gilliam is one owner who many employees would like to work for since she is the owner of the State Farmers' Market Restaurant which is located in Raleigh North Carolina.
Gypsy received this idea after the North Carolina State Fair to offer all of her employees which is around 53 persons and 20 of their relatives a free vacation to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida that she would pay for them out of her pocket for everything from food to lodging as a way of thanking them for their service at her restaurant which is known for selling biscuits.
To add some sweetness to her generosity to her employees and their families, Gilliam also payed the employees who missed their one week of vacation time their salaries.
The method of transportation was a chartered bus from Raleigh to Orlando for a period of one week.

I heard this story before and think it’s great! I wish my bosses did this.
There was actually one person on Facebook complaining about it, saying,”Does the boss pay them $15 an hour?”
like that mattered! $15 an hour for 40 hours for one week is not going to pay for the vacation.Duh!

It is nice to know of owners of businesses who reward their employees with paid vacations for their hard work.

That is true since the only employers who are known for treating their employees with nice rewards are the major sports owners.

If I worked for Gypsy, I would work as hard as she asks me without any talk back of negativity.
