What are your views on Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT)?

Have you ever heard of Past Life Regression Therapy? I am sure most of you will consider it a type of confabulation, and the two major religions of the world will dismiss it as a type of delusion or fantasy, since it deals with past lives or incarnation. For those who are interested, PLRT involves the subject answering a series of questions while in a hypnotized state, to reveal identity and events of alleged past lives, a method similar to that used in 'recovered memory therapy'. What are your views about it? I cannot pass any judgement from my side as I have never tried it, or even personally interacted with any person who has tried it.
