If there is one good thing of closed circuit television cameras, it is that it can record such heartbreaking moments like what happened to a Stafford Bull Terrier named Snoop who was abandoned by his former owner last December on a road that was captured on camera.
The Royal Society for the Prevention and Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) which is the British version of our ASPCA were able to take Snoop who is a puppy of around one year of age to their home until Snoop could find a new home.
Thanks to Laurence Squire who lost his Stafford Bull Terrier in November 2018, he applied to RSPCA to adopt Snoop as his new pet with a home that is fit for a king to live in.
Laurence and Snoop have become great friends as soon as the RSPCA granted the wish of Laurence to adopt Snoop as his friend for life.

My pleasure to share this wonderful story that nearly broke my heart that Snoop's previous owner abandoned him for no apparent reason.

@LovingMyBabies That is very true since when one door closes, another door opens up.
