So the YouTube India Twitter fiasco was just an advertising gimmick - not a hacker!!

A few days ago the official YouTube India Twitter account had a few garbled posts - song lyrics without space bars and it looked like rubbish. Many thought that their account was hacked and the hacker was having fun. But looks like it was an advertising gimmick. It was an ad for the launch of their YouTube Music app which has streaming music with no as breaks. Hence the song lyrics without spaces. This is one of the worst advertising gimmicks for a launch I have seen!!

It is like having fake news about it.
