Our Lady of Guadalupe is Revelation 12.

Non-Catholics often criticize Catholics because of the overwhelming reverence we offer to our Lady. The criticisms imply idolatry, for Mary is not God. Of course, Mary is not God, She is the Mother of God. These loud critics would even challenge Catholics to quote the verses in the Bible that would comply to our ardent devotion to our Lady. Well, for those apocalyptic non-Catholics, check out Revelation 12, which happened 23 September 2017. This astronomical occurrence shows Our Lady of Guadalupe, the image imprinted on a peasant's tilma, Juan Diego, on December 12, 1531. Our Lady has given us the proto selfie, and yet, non-Catholics discount Her role in our Savior's Life. As I always warn critics, be careful, our Lord might not give mercy on those who insult His Mother. Photo from my personal album.

@just4him No, Valerie, that is a fallacy. Catholics do not worship Mary. We revere Her, and I must say, tremendously. Mama Mary is our Corps Commander, in our battle against the forces of evil. Mama Mary was God's perfect creation, and most immaculate. God loves Her so very much, and She is God's Handmaid for salvation. She is the Ark of the Covenant, and in Her pure Bosom dwelt our Lord for nine months. She has given the human part in the Divinity of our Savior. That is why we Catholics give Her utmost reverence.
