Do you get complimented often and what for?

I will be honest. I am very very rarely complimented(except my children maybe),but today my boss told me that I have lovely lips. From other hand I also don't compliment often.I must be very impressed with something to do it.

@MALUSE I agree.He shares office with other managers so there is a very little chance to be alone with him.

@AAichka Ask other female staff members if they've got such compliments from your boss. If they haven't, try not to be alone with him.
