I am starting to develop some fascination with dumb people that they became a constant topic of my discussions. 
So there is this young lady who intentionally cut off her hand so she can get person with disability insurance from the government. 
Had she succeed on her plot, she will get 4000 euros on a regular. She got jailed after investigators discovered this is intentional and she had been insurance fraud scheming in the past.

if that was america,she'd probably still get it.
fraud or not,now she is disabled..at the very least,mentally for trying that.
i can't even imagine working yourself up to do something like that..eek.
