Parents that use leashes for their children

I totally get it why some of you parents use leashes you all have your reasons. All I was saying is some of the people that ai seen with their children wearing the leashes is abuse that's no okay.

my mother did this in the 70's and people looked at her like she was a monster. i can see why she did it tho-we'd take off if she turned her back.
