Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans (a line from the song, Beautiful Boy). We all have dreams & goals. Whenever possible, we make choices as to which path we want to diverge upon. Then, we're thrown a curve. Circumstances arise that sideline those for awhile. Health is a big one. It has been for myself. This year, even in small ways, I plan to start being involved in things that I needed to set aside. One, for me, is volunteering. I've been doing that with the kitties at the local shelter. Going on three years. I started with one morning a week & now have added two. I'm also applying to visit a resident or two at a local senior assisted living facility. How about you? Anything that you had to put off for awhile or maybe are still waiting on?
