This Summer, I had the pleasure of listening to Marc Klass talk a good friend whose son went missing up here in 2010 put in the events a long with several otter families of missing children, if you recall in the nineties Marc Klass’s daughter Polly Klass was kidnapped and murdered leading him to become an advocate for families of missing and or murdered loved ones, and for this community there are a shocking number! My friend is still searching for the remains of her son, a few bones have been found, but sadly not much and her life of course has been forever. In her book No Unturned Stone (A Mother’s Quest). she talks about this, and shares her joys and sorrows, the memories. Sadly though often child murders are allowed to walk free, or are not caught it all due to loopholes in the law, and that leads to killers, kidnappers and child molesters still able to hurt otherS, Marc Klass and many others are fighting to close up these loopholes to make it where those accused of violent crimes against children are made to serve full sentences, something I agree with.
