Suggested cloud backup for iPhone other than iCloud?

My wife's iPhone is out of space. iCloud gives a measly 5gb free and then charged if you want to store more. I don't mind paying as it's not very expensive. Is there a cheaper reliable cloud backup solution for the iPhone. Prefer one with a one time payment or a yearly plan.
