Texas Representative Matt Krause (R) introduced a bill with the number HB234 which would lift the ban of children running lemonade stands in the Lone Star state since the laws banning the lemonade stands are based on sanitary conditions which is understandable.
The Texas House of Representatives passed the law on Wednesday. It is now the turn of Texas Senate to approve the new law to allow children to run lemonade stands.
Texas Governor Gregg Abbott Is in favor of the lemonade stands to be run by children himself since he feels that the current law is not needed.
As you know I try to do discussions on the good stories that the media will not report as the opening headline on their news casts. Sometimes I will throw you a curveball from time to time.

The ban was ridiculous in the first place.

That is so true since children need to be active doing something.

That is wonderful. Children should learn to earn money and do some work.

Better than sitting at home playing video games all day long.

That is a good idea that young children now learn how to make money and at the same time to know how to make a refreshing lemonade.

Have the children use their skills to learn a trade instead of being with free time on their hands.
