Twenty two years ago, on a cold rainy February day my life changed when I went to the porch to get the morning paper, the rain was hard and cold, fitting for what that day would bring. We lived in Modesto at the time, and the senseless tragedy would take place in a small upper class Bay Area Town In Hercules. Father and son brutally murdered execution style in Hercules. Neal was 44, Brendan 12, the murder was senseless and we were at a loss for answers. The wife was looked into but her alibi was solid. And those who knew her knew that this was not in her! Twenty two years later a killer still walks free and speculations run rampant! I can only pray that someday sooner than later the murderer or murderers are caught! Michelle R Kidwell
