Banned from Facebook?

Last night I tried to message a friend of mine through the Facebook messenger app, but the message wouldn’t go through. A couple hours later it started telling me that the recipient was not valid. Her and I had been texting about it because we have no idea why Facebook claimed that there was suspicious activity through her account. I was wondering if maybe anyone out there is familiar with this situation, and if there’s anything she can do about it. All of her old pictures were stored in her account, and now it’s all lost. It doesn’t seem fair, and we’re fairly certain her ex made a false claim about her not being a real person or something to that effect, but she is. She’s had the same account for over ten years, so it makes no sense that her account would be a fake identity. Does anyone have any advice on how to help her recover her account and get the pictures of her life back?

I think, you can asked her to log in her id or if she can't then she should be reporting to Facebook
