Junk mail

I keep getting junk mail. A lot of it is about erectile dysfunction and how to enhance my male member. Im female for starters so don't have one . I have tried everything from blocking the senders to reporting phishing scams and they keep coming. I get 3 or 4 a day to my junk mail folder. I don't want to hit any unsubscribe button as that would be interacting with the sender and Ive been told not to do that. How do I stop them.
