A Delicious Treat At Long John Silver's On Tuesday!

The housemates and I went to the nearest city yesterday to do some shopping and stopped at Long John Silver's for dinner. As I am very frugal (very rarely dine out), I looked for the cheapest meal on the menu. I looked at the "catch of the day" which was "baja fish taco" for $1.00 each. Bingo! So, I had no idea what the meal consisted of but bought 2. Totally delicious. Each taco consisted of a huge piece of fish, lathered with coleslaw in a flour tortilla. I was so satisfied and felt like I had eaten like a queen. Now, I know what to prepare in my own kitchen. I learned a recipe that keeps on giving. Thanks Long John Silver's! photo by pixabay
