Do any of you see a chiropractor?

I've never been, but people swear by it. My hips and back have been so tight, I think I would benefit from seeing one, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

i used to-my insurance won't cover it now..but it did help quite a bit with my back.

I do not need one. But I do work on my husbands back. He says I do good and he feels better.
