Cashew nut is rich with iron and also contains magnesium, zinc, copper, phosphorus, manganese etc. It is very tasty and good for all people. The only concern, those who have cholesterol problem should take in a limited quantity (maximum 5 per day)
We had plenty of cashew nut trees around our home when I was a child and we used to get lot of seeds. All of those seeds were meant for selling, so that generated great income to our home. Now all of those trees are vanished and no one give interest to plant those trees again.
Recently I bought some nuts for cooking purpose then only I realized how costly the nuts are. I really missed those trees and nuts which were handy for us and that time we never showed any interest to preserve it for any purpose. These nuts were used to add it when making sweet dishes in our home.
Do you include this nuts in your diet?

I love them. I put them in sweet dishes. My mom makes Kaju ketli for my daughters but I never tried them.
I take a handful of nuts daily as snacks. That includes 2_3 cashews. I give the same to husband and my children.
