Last time chaniging ?

This weekend we moved out clock one hour forward. I don't like it because for me it means 1 hour less of sleep. I always argue about this with my mom. She says I will sleep how much I want anyway. But my point is if you go to bad at 12 and want to wake up at 8, you will have 7 hours a sleep instead of 7, due to moveing clock 1 hour forward.
Good thing is we have more day light and its not dark at 6.
However, they say this will be last time chaning and there will be no more chaning 1 hour back in fall and one hour forward in spring.
What you think about this? Do you think clock should be still moving or it's time to stop this?

I think it's time to stop this outdated practice. Hopefully, countries around the world will all agree to stop changing the clocks back and forth.

@frenki I am one of those people who have trouble adjusting. It takes me a week to finally get used to the change, even though it's only a one hour difference.

@moffittjc I didn't know that till recently. It's not big difference for me. Is it worse for you in fall changing or it's same?

I don't like having one hour less of sleep anymore than the next person does.
