Jacob Abraham along with a New York State Trooper and a few New York Police Department officers are being credited for saving the life of a senior citizen who was about to jump off of the Verrazano Bridge in New York City to his death on Sunday afternoon. The authorities arrived to the bridge when they saw an auto on the side of the road. The New York state trooper who was on his way to work stopped to grab the senior citizen's leg that was close to being successful in jumping off of the bridge before he was pulled back to the solid ground by the police officers, Abraham and the trooper. It appears that the senior who wanted to jump off the bridge was relieved that someone cared enough to save his life. The senior citizen was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his mental problem why he wanted to jump off of a bridge.
