Cant get the washing out Day 2

Well after complaining about the rain yesterday and not being able to put the washing out to dry, it stopped raining and a nice breeze blew up so I hung the washing out to dry. It was nice and breezy and they started to dry. I left them out overnight as I often do. I got up today and it is lashing down rain and now the clothes are even wetter than they were when they came out of my machine. There is no point in bringing them in now as they are sopping. I give up. I think I may have to use the dreaded drier.
