Today was National Caramel Day. I had no idea until I read this in news feed today. I love caramel. On brownies, on ice cream or sundaes, or even cookies.
Do you like or love caramel? And what is your favorite way to eat it? Were you lucky enough to celebrate and eat a caramel snack today?

I heard about it on the news this morning. No, I didn't have any caramel. My favorite is a chocolate-covered soft caramel.
