Salad Plate No. 3- Aragola with Mangosteen Dressing

I've mentioned in my previous posts about the salad buffet I had and which I really indulge myself in a lot of servings every time I visit the restaurant. Now here is my finale plate. It's aragola ( others call it as arugula). anyway I took the spelling of what was written in the menu. It's all aragola with mangosteen dressing. I figure they put honey because the dressing has an acrid but sweet taste, which complimented the leafy taste of aragola. What is your favorite dressing? Do you like something sweet or sour?

I just had salad as well, the regular caesar's salad. I wish I can have some of those aragula as well, I havent tried it.

Caesar's salad is my most favorite, and top it with crispy fried bacon and ham. Aragula is sold at Rustan's supermarket I saw it there or maybe SM too.

@SIMPLYD yes lettuce is somewhat sweet and a bit sour and juicy. Aragola is dry.

@florelway I've never had it on fruit but it's good on veggies. Not everyone likes it but I do.

@florelway I love eating mangosteen fruit. It is delicious but expensive.

@thelme55 yes its expensive especially in Manila. If it's in season here we can buy at 25 to 30 pesos per kilo or about .50 cents.

Yes it's tastes good and it's healthy. Mangosteen claims a lot of health benefits.
