A meal plan

No, not a diet, that's not really what I need. I tend to eat somewhat healthy (besides fast food, yes I know how bad it is for me!) and so what I really need is a meal plan. I do need to avoid some foods (chocolate ) and dairy! ). I've started drinking an ACV with turmeric shot every day. I use less than is recommended and I dilute in water though it's already diluted in apple juice. I sometimes take a teaspoon of castor oil. I need to eat less starches and more cruciferous veggies. I need to continue to eat only organic meats. Eggs are out, but then I am not the biggest fan of eggs anyway. I guess you could call it a sort of autoimmune diet. Now if you'll excuse me i'm going to finish off my chocolate stash and cry.

Reminds me of a MEME. I cleaned the pantry and got rid of all the junk food. It tasted great!

Oh I've seen that one a time or two. It is just a m&m mint bar. I will still eat dark chocolate. I've read contradictory thing about it's health benefits, but I think I can manage to get away with a little dark chocolate every now and then.

@paigea That sounds interesting. Can you taste the black beans in them? Does it require a lot of sugar to offset the taste of the beans?

A menu would be nice. I also need to actually eat more than one meal a day. I tend to do that. I'm at a friend's pet sitting for the week and have eaten more per day then I usually do.

Go to the dieticians and make a list. Follow it. This will work for sure.

LOL in my opinion if you start working out 3 times a week, I assure you don't have to be on a diet ever! You just need to burn calorie, that's it! :)
