I think the strongest habits that cannot easily quit is smoking and masturbating and drug addict so try and avoid them if want to remain clean

I guess that for some people out there. In my case, gambling is the hardest thing I couldn't resist. But I'm trying to avoid any types of gambling these days. It gets harder and harder each day but I have to do it for myself.

I think gambling is just like a business you want to make make money, in fact, everybody wants to make money

@joelonyema You're right. I gamble with my deposited money. Sometimes I win but most of the time I lost. But you know what. I still gamble .

If the person think practically and love himself the most then only its possible to quit those bad habits. They are just addicted to it. But the strong desire can help them.
