Have you tried rolled ice cream?

I have tried it.What they do is freeze ice cream mix on a griddle like thing,then scrape it off and roll it.Then they add toppings.It does have an interesting texture.This is faloodah flavor.

I have never heard of this and it wouldn't be calling my name. I'd prefer the real deal which is more solid and more ice cream

We tried that once - happened to stumble upon such an ice cream shop. Kinda expensive, but the kids sure had fun eating it.

Yes, the product is labor intensive.And it is good to have enough employees there so more get made at a reasonable rate.

The rolls have to melt slightly so they will roll and not crumble..
