Did you ever change carpentry in your home?

We don't change carpentry in home often but when we do it's not small investition. Last year we change 3 double big windows and 2 big doors. Replaced wood for PVC. It cost us 2000$ and I hope we will get some of Money back by loving bill for heating house.

I do not have PVC, I have wooden joinery. And when I change, I would choose a wood again, I love natural materials

@mrki444 Yes it is, at least here is expensive. But that does not change often, so this investment is worth it

No, we never did it. We replace it only if there is a damage, where it happened a century later
