I have noticed in the past couple of years different companies across the US have walked off the job for unsatisfying work conditions. I also know that in other countries people walked out of a major worldwide company for the same reason. I remember years ago that union companies that would want more money or better benefits people would walk off the job. This caused a lot of businesses to get away from unions which in most cases can be good in some cases and could be bad if these companies want to change pay rates or job titles for no reason. Unions used to protect these companies for doing things like this. I am glad I have a good job that is not a union and the management treats me good. Photo credit google

Each company must have an effective human resource management. Workers' job satisfaction must be addressed at to increase productivity. A satisfied employee is a happy employee and a productive one.
