I was about to have a relaxed day all by myself when one of my best friends called. I had not seen them in months. It was one of those things that you say you are going to call and then remember when it is too late. So, after a phone call of over half an hour, we decided that a visit would be better. They have some problems with Myriam´s mother who is over 100 years old. So I invited them (pot luck) and they will bring something. I have some an open bottle of very good wine and I´ll make a green salad. That, and the gnocchi, will be fine. I had an early lunch and now I´ll go to bed. See you later
