A Pasta Salad Evening

I have been consuming leftover lasagna for a few days. So, I decided to make a good salad... a pasta salad! I make pasta salad basically the same way every time. However, this time, I threw in torn up (packaged) salami pieces. Have you ever heard of BAR S Salami? Yuck. Tasted awful. I know now to stick to my favorite deli salami that the local deli lady slices for me. I am gladly going to pay $5.99 a pound! So, I ate 2 servings and simply avoided the salami. How many times have I used the word "salami"? LOL What was on your menu for dinner today?

Funny, I just ate a salad with lettuce, slaw, tomatoes, cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, and ranch dressing. It was great!

I love croutons! I knew I forgot something! I forgot to use croutons! Never fear, my croutons are in a kitchen cupboard.

Haven't had salami in a long time, like ever!! Doesn't seem like u can buy that anywhere!! That pasta salad sounds very good!! Especially cold!!

I've heard of Bar S hot dogs though. I don't even salami. But that salad looks good. I have Madame Cristo grilled cheese sandwiches with smashed potatoes.

@Spontaneo It's a grilled cheese sandwIch with baked ham, Harvarti cheese, and a poached egg on top. I got it from All RECIPES.

BAR S salami is really nasty. Found at dollar stores. I have found to pay that $5.99 a pound is definitely worth it at the major deli.
