Sweet buns

After failing the first time, mainly because I lacked the time (even if my wife ate them all and wanted more 
), this morning I wanted to make some sweet, fluffy buns. Having enough time definitely makes a difference! Yup, they turned out great and my wife loved them even more 
. I love baking and there are sooooo many recipes to try, I don't even know what to do next, what to choose
.
Do you have fun baking? I started a few months ago, maybe I'll try cooking something, but for now I'll just stick to baking . It relaxes me and it gives me great joy to see my family eating everything and asking for more 
.

Yes I do love to bake but I do not for myself anymore, since I am diabetic. BUT I am always looking for sweet treats that have no sugar to bake, make.

I search for recipes with low sugar content and I always use less than what is required. So far so good . But every now and then I also make something with more sugar, can't help it .

I wanted to make good at it, but cannot find time to do it, plus I don't have baking tools.

@florelway I have a very cheap one and most of the times I don't use it . Still mixing by hand.

The original looked even better, but I was pretty pleased with the result. They were fluffy and delicious .
