Sandwich When You Want Yet Lose Weight

This video is music to my ears! I may not eat exactly accordingly, but I have eaten sandwiches throughout life without gaining weight from. I like to start out with a good loaf of Italian bread and some good lunch meat. But, the featured video here says major fiber bread and tuna. OK, I can handle yummy tuna but the high fiber bread is going to be a challenge. I want to ask all of you fellow myLotters what and where to find the best tasting high fiber bread? I do not want a bread that is going to taste like cardboard. Heck, have a sandwich for breakfast! Why not? Convenient if made ahead of time. Have a sandwich for snack! to me anything that says 15 grain double fiber oat bread honey wheat take your pick I use cinnamon raisin too from time to time.

I grew up on Italian bread and love Italian bread, so kind-of tough for me to even think about changing.
