Hello myLot! The weather is wonderful, how are you doing today?
Today was the big yard sale! Gosh I'm exhausted, but it went really well. I sold over half of the items and I still made over $100! That's a nice little bonus. The rest is going to Goodwill, but I will save that for tomorrow. I'm too tired to move right now!
I'm headed over to a friend's house now, we're gonna have strawberry daiquiris and just relax. Phew, what a day!
How has everyone's Saturday been? I hope you have had a great day, and have a great Easter, too :)

I used to do garage sales about every six months, and no matter what I had for sale, I always ended up making about $300 each time. I always joked that $300 was my glass ceiling that I could never overcome!
Strawberry daiquiris sound amazing! How were they? I hope you enjoyed your day just relaxing and drinking!

I only sold half of the stuff but better than nothing.

@isweartokira Thanks - it had to be done and hopefully someone will get some good use out of his clothes. He was always a snappy dresser and had some excellent clothes.

@isweartokira I'll bet! You're young, so should recover quickly. I was exhausted from running around all last week, cleaning, cooking, and more cooking, but feel back to normal today. I did have a wonderful Passover, and I hope you had a wonderful Easter.

I need to start having some Yard Sales as I have a lot of stuff I need to sell. Only issue is my husband works Saturdays so I would have to set up everything myself. Around here you need to have a Business license to have very many Sales which I have, so I need to start taking advantage of that. But Glad to hear yours went well

I fail terribly with yard sales. Maybe I will have one myself. This past weekend, on Easter Sunday, I walked a few blocks to get some exercise and on the way I walked by 3 different yard sales going on in just a 6 block radius. It's good you earned some cash from your sale. I expect to see more yard sales over the next several weekends here where we live.
