The Power of Yellow Crystals

Many of my followers might know that I have been doing a lot of research and studying about crystals and gemstones recently. Today one of the lessons that I got in my email was specifically about yellow crystals and the solar plexus chakra. I thought I might share some of what I learned with you all. The solar plexus chakra is located between the rib cage and the belly button. When it is in balance physically you are usually pretty healthy, and when in balance spiritually you will feel a general sense of peace and harmony within yourself. If it's not in balance, you might be ill quite often, have a low tolerance for certain foods, or feel anti social or fearful of others. You can use yellow crystals like citrine to help with this, whether through holding a crystal while meditating, placing it on your solar plexus chakra region, building a crystal grid, or carrying the crystal with you. Yellow crystals are also used for new things: new projects, new beginnings, and new relationships. They are helpful in establishing good communications between friends and lovers. Yellow is a color of optimism and clarity. Some examples of yellow crystals are citrine, yellow apatite, honey calcite, yellow fluorite, and yellow sapphire.
