Cat's don't always have just more than 9 lives, they have intelligence too.
This cat got locked out of his house, and so what does he do to try to get in? The same thing anyone other normal human being would do. He knocks on the door, with the door knocker.
He climbs on the rail, and then knocks on the door to get his owners to let him in. Unfortunately...they were not home.
Based on some reports... This video has gone mega viral with over 10 million views in total around the world.
I keep watching this thing...and I am just amazed at how smart this kitty is...
The cat must have watched other humans do it, and realized that when they did...they were let into the house...so I guess the cat thought why not? If it works for humans, it can work for felines too. LOL

It could also be that the cat was trained to do it. I mean, it's more likely he (or she) observed it though.

@teresatrotter I do not doubt that there are some cats that are easy to train. Every cat is different. Some are very lovey and vocal, others only want petted on their own terms.
