Tonight we realized that some buttons didn't work for our TV remote control. Such a smart TV became dumb I went online and I was glad that I could find the same remote control. I bought it right away and hopefully it will be delivered to our home soon

I can only use the basic buttons on TV. You know today there are lots of buttons on the TV remote control.

Remote control is something get damaged more often at our home too. Children are really naughty.

I realize that our TV was bought in 2008 as at that time we wanted to buy a new TV to enjoy watching the Olympics London. The TV still has no problem at all. So it is acceptable that only the remote control doesn't work very well today.

I had some negative experiences ordering online when they delivered low quality products, some not working; too bad, I lost some money from that!
