Anger

When a person is angry, they may at times say things they really don't mean. I've done it a few times, and always felt horrible afterward. My mother told me growing up that she thought I could benefit from anger management. I am not nearly as short fused as I once was, thankfully, but even now I do have my moments. How do you deal when you are angry?

They say I am more laid back. I don't get angry easily.

If the person is angry then it will be better to keep my silence with him/her. For myself, if I am angry then I know it is difficult for me to keep my words.

I just need to conceal the anger if it is necessary. I just brushed them off.

When i married my husband, i have learned to be patient. I am a peacemaker in a relationship. I may say this or that but not to the point that i will exchange bad words with him for hours, it’s pointless,
