Thanks to an off duty police officer who was driving his auto where an accident happened in San Antonio on Wednesday around 3am, a woman driver who wrecked her auto when she lost control of her auto on Bandera Road, crashed into a guardrail and flipped over which started a fire. What bother me is that two eyewitnesses were recording the auto on fire instead of assisting the driver to get out of her burning auto. The off duty police officer who works at St. Mary's University went into his rescue mode by cutting the seat belt of the woman driver as the flames started to burn her feet. After the driver was taken out of her burning auto, she was taken to a local hospital by an ambulance to be treated for minor injuries. Some people are calling the off duty police officer a Guardian Angel.

I agree with you since the campus police officer was just doing his work even though he was off the clock.

I would fine those people who take videos of accidents instead of helping.

You are correct since even a reporter who covers the news does help people in trouble while reporting a story.

Police officers are real heroes even though the liberal media gives them a bad rap due to a few rotten apples on the force.

A police officer is never really off duty.

It does not matter if is a campus cop or a city cop. Duty calls 24 hours a day.
