Why Can't Life Be Simple?

As humans we all share the same basic day-to-day needs. How we respond to and what we do about them is what defines us.
There are rich people who act like they're the starving-poor when it comes to hunger, and there are poor people living a hand-to-mouth existence who act like they're rich when it comes to principles. What is usually the case is not necessarily the norm.
How we live our lives depends a lot on our background, where we came from, how we were brought up, self-realization, and the choices we make along the way.
Life is simple. We all eat, breathe, live and die.
It's the consequences of irresponsible, mindless and self-serving decisions made, out of greed more often than not, that make it difficult and complicated.

Obviously, when we are thinking complicated then the things are becoming complicated. But if we think everything simple and normal we can handle everything.

Thats our life, to face all hardest things and to know that we handle it, if everything is simple we don't know how to face a bigger and hardest problem

Whatever you said is hundred percent correct, I am in agreement with every single line. Life is pretty simple, we people complicate it, divide it, judge it and screw up mostly.

If life simpler, chances are, we won't be able to learn anything, we will all get bored in the process, and we will be able to relish freedom to the point of abusing it. Life is much beautiful as is. 
People experience difficulties through the choices they make and it's also their choice if they want to dwell on that or just move on.

@eLsMarie Isn't being human the only factor that needs to be considered here? Nobody is exempt I suppose or shielded from reality. Reality bites everyone sooner or later.

Maybe Math or engineering problems are what you're referring to? And I would prefer to relish freedom than bear the burden of cultural or ideological oppression.

I think the society makes it more difficult, it makes people want to be better than others and that respect is fiction. People are influenced by fashion. I don't care about fashion, if I like that sweater I buy if no I'll leave it.
