This Blue Sky.... And Mountains....

I have heard somewhere " Go where you feel alive the most" , this is the place. I consider this place, Shillong, Meghalya, India to be my soul city.
There is something about it, I don't what exactly but I sense the connection. It's beautiful, but for me its something more.
Have you ever felt this kind of connection to a place?
I like mountains, but we have other places as well that has such beautiful mountain peaks. Is there someone who could help me in understanding my attachment that I feel for this city. Plus, to mention, this isn't my native city as well

Shilong has mesmerizing beauty for sure. But there are other places too in our country in lap of Himalayas which are equally breathtaking.
Sometimes we have some deep connection with a place for unknown reasons. Let it be a mystery. A wild guess can be some prebirth connection.

I've never been India but I've heard that there's so many beautiful places to see in India like the one you have been. How I wish I can visit that place

Well India has a varied geographies you can find Plains to mountains to beaches...
Would surely recommend you to visit once in a life time
