I'm a Christian. The Christian Denomination I belong to is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I am a Constitutional Conservative. This means I am an American who considers the US Constitution the basis of the laws, regulations and governmental order for our country. After all, upholding the US Constitution is one if the few things we seem our government officials and employees to take an oath to.
I think is is dangerous that we consider Politics and Religion too decisive to talk about in polite conversation. I think it has only taught people that they can't be polite talking about them.
We should not only be able to talk about these topics, we should be able to remain friends doing it.
What is you spiritual and political beliefs? Don't be shy.

Indeed, and be the first to admit I come a bit angry at times. You saw my post about frustration.
Most just not friendly when try to talk to them, so I learned to write in a way to keep some a way from me because does get old when people do not even care about the position, policy or problem. They just want to classify you as not on their side.

@ParaTed2k It does, and to me never about if I am right, but what is it right for making living conditions with one better. I have no problem conceding when someone shows me I am wrong but at same time you bet I am going to come full steam when I feel its the right thing to do and someone brought nothing but you are wrong because you disagree with me.

I agree with you. I think we should be able to reveal our backgrounds, our beliefs, and where they come from. I am a non-denomnatonal Judeo-Christian. I grew up among Freethinkers, and remain a Freethinker (think Mark Twain, Bob Ingersoll, James Fergus, etc.). I don't get angry when people disagree with me about a particular point. I ask "What is your goal?" (it's usually the same as mine). And then I invite a discussion of how we can get there.

Funny, I usually gravitate towards people who do not agree with me on things. I mean, how boring it is when everyone just sits around argreeing lol

Because we're just a bunch of MyLot Rebels doing what we ain't supposed to do! ;~)
I'm ambivalent about Trump myself. His policies have done great things for the economy, but he's basically shredded any Family Values in the Republican Party. lol

@ParaTed2k Fair enough brother, at least you admit that but to me his economy is going to end up like Bush's. This is my point he is a scam artist, what makes you think our economy is not a scam too? Sure there are real things out there working but our deficit is through roof and people are so in debt. They say people are borrowing and own more debt than ever. The housing crisis is trying to rear its ugly head again but really where it shifted is to cars because, people can handle that much better than what a new house costs these days.
