Why the hurry?

In my country, there is a rise in early pregnancy and marriage. It is not like the girls are being forced to it, but they are doing it on their own. The parents are so good in promoting education and not early marriages and pregnancies, but the girls are in a hurry to give birth and get married. Some of them end up being single mothers because they are not ready for marriage. As the men who impregnate them go ahead to achieve their career goals, this girls drop out of school to take care of the child and most of the burden falls on their parents.
I am on a mission to educate the girls around me to stop being in a hurry to giving birth and getting married. I believe in getting married and giving birth when both partners are financially and emotionally intelligent and stable.

I am absolutely agreeing to what you said, giving birth should be opted only when both the partners are financially stable.
There must be some reason why so many girls are opting this early marriage and having babies. May be lack of education or may be their own insecurities.

Yes, I also think that it is because of insecurities. They fear that they will always be heartbroken and never find someone to settle down with.

That is sad! They are too young to think in right direction and can come under wrong influence to do so.
Glad that parents and society are supportive and not forceful. You are doing a noble job

Yeah, they now know the responsibilities that motherhood brings. Some of them find that they are not responsible enough.
