Take down notes again

i used to write diaries but my sister's peeking made me stop, now that i life alone, maybe i should start writing again.

I think diary writing is an art. Not everyone has this time, energy and passion to write on a daily or regular basis in a diary. As much as I would love to write daily, the distractions of life keep me away from writing. I do have some nice diaries at home but jotting down my thoughts, writing about my day and just putting pen to paper have always been a challenge for me. Since when do you write on a daily basis in your diary? What would you advise people who are struggling to keep a diary?

In life sometimes it is important to write things down so we don't forget them. Sometimes when I go through a hard time, I wo to the computer and I write about it. Somehow it makes me feel like I am letting things go.

I use to take note for everything that I do and things that I will do the following day,my meeting and date but now technology make things easier for us

@resukill22 That is a good thing to get in the habit of. I have notepads all over the place in the house and in my purse and cars. Sometimes I forget to use them. When we travel I am always writing in the car.
