I have symptoms of Peripheral Artery Disease which is, I get pain while walking My doctor has prescribed a drug and reading through side effects I am not so comfortable to start taking it. I therefore tried to see if there are any alternatives to taking medicines, I found this walking programme which though will take a few months guarantees cure.It is said that there is a second heart in our legs. This is a programmed walking which is a bit different from the normal walking. I am going for it.

I have started a topic on about the 'second heart' in our body last month. I am glad that you find a way and will stick to walk without fail. If there is benefits on getting walks then why we can't utilize it properly. I know you have beautiful garden to walk enough.

I had PAD and unfortunately ended up with my right leg artery 100% blocked. This program would not have worked for me as I have a rare blood disorder and it is the reason .
