My nachos / myLot

Some I was hungry Tuesday night and I had some left overs my mom sent home with me and my kids over the weekend. So I took the left over taco meat my dad had made and heated it up. Took the kids lunchale corn chips, and took my queso and heated. Heated queso up separately so it could get it to the temp I wanted it to be. Of course after I sat down and started eating it my what I made my 4 decided to wake up and eat some too.

I love nachos, especially loaded nachos, but that darn cheese gets me every time (I'm lactose intolerant). Sometimes I have the willpower to resist, but other times I say screw my intolerance and let me dig in!

You could always make non dairy cheese. We keep some in our house and it’s not hard to make malty.

@Babino just need meat, chips, cheese or whatever tops you like and done. You can do chilli and corn chips too like this. It’s supper easy and easy to and to the way you like it.
