This story of animal cruelty is shocking that someone who leave his pet goat on a rush hour traffic last month in Oceanside California for reasons that are not clear at this time.
Thanks to the efforts of the San Diego Humane Society, Ramsey the goat who was wandering in the College Boulevard and Marvin Street intersection when the officials of the humane group were able to take out of danger.
The goat is now at the San Diego Humane Society Escondido Campus in good health.
The group is trying to find who is the person who would do such a terrible act to a goat since they have video footage of the incident.
All I can say is that I would hate to be in the shoes of that person who allegedly would do that to a goat.

Even though I am not a goat lover, a goat does not deserve to be treated cruel by anyone.
