Feeling Better Today

Yesterday I was feeling pretty sick and couldn't do anything, really. Luckily, today, I am feeling much better. I helped my mum clean out some big plastic bins that were still packed from our move back at the end of September. There was a ton of my old baby clothes in there so we are going to wash them and store them for any of my future children. After doing that, I had some lunch and took a nap. Listened to the Dr Phil Podcast "Analysis of Murder" and waited for Jay to come home from work. Hope you had a great day. (Photo is a selfie from Snapchat taken a few days ago)

Your earrings and necklace reminded me of your love for crystals. I'm glad you keep baby clothes for future use.

@MissNikki So glad you are feeling much better now! Sounded like a great and accomplished day. That Dr Phil Podcast sounds very interesting! I was addicted to the Dr Phil show not too long ago. And probably would be addicted to it again if I watch an episode again. I haven't seen it in quite awhile due to my sleeping pattern being messed up.

@MissNikki oh wow so....how the hell do you get his podcast? I remember doing it once on my iPad but that was for Ricky Gervais. I'm not really good with all this stuff.

Yeah, I love Dr Phil, LoL. He did a great podcast with Sophie Turner who plays Sansa on Game of Thrones - she talked a lot about depression and anxiety and I had no idea she had been dealing with that for years, very interesting.

@VivaLaDani13 You have to download an app that plays podcasts. The one I use is on my phone and is called "Podcast Player by CastBox" with a little purple icon. Once you have that, there is a search function in the app to find podcasts you like. His regular podcast is called "Phil in the Blanks" and his true crime one is "Analysis of Murder" I'm sure you could also find it by just searching "Dr Phil".
