How can I get responses?

Noone ever answers me, I am new so trying to figure out how this all works

Instead of getting postings show your value by answering others. It will give you some glamour if your posts are valuable and worthy. Then the members will come forward to give postings to your discussions. You know I got more than 25 best answers to my credit. Every experience is a lesson, every loss is a gain.
