There is a beautiful sun shining out, friends. Still I brought my breakfast to my night table and I´ll mylot from my bed.
Yesterday Dixie came and I could see how thin she was. She had my same weight when we were young, we went up together and last year she went to a nutritionist who put her on a diet. She has big heart problems so she followed it all.
Her problems have diminished, but she is also a lot better looking. I was full of envy, friends!

I am mylotting peacefully. Alone. No worker pounding. I had a light lunch and I´m eating candy as dessert.

My friend is much better. Now I have to go and follow the nutritionist´s directions.

Sun is always on the cool side here during fall. But it is shinning, so it is better than a gloomy day.
