I hope it works

I bought a Black & Decker mini vacuum a few years ago. I got it on a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale. It worked well, but then I stopped using it for awhile. The next time I used it the motor wasn't running as fast, the suction wasn't as powerful. I did try to charge it but it didn't seem to work. I am going to try again and see whether charging it over night will get it to full power again. I had to charge it over night when I first bought it. My hope is that I didn't charge it well enough the last time I tried to use it, and that this time it will work better. I like being able to spot vacuum between bigger vacuuming jobs. Do you own a hand held vacuum?

I live with my family. I am the only one that does the chores around here. My uncle will take the trash out, but that's it. The mini vac comes in handy.

@JustBhem Not hard but it can be disheartening to be the only one to do them.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Oh, is it very hard doing all those chores?

Yes I use one for small jobs, especially with cat litter on the floor. I like my Shark cordless. Works great.

Our vacuum is a shark. I love cats, and wish we had a few, but I am glad I don't have to deal with litter. I had to do that at my friend's house a few weeks ago, and it was a reminder of how much I hated it.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is not that big of a deal, you kind of get used to it. At least I don't have to worry about taking them out every time they need to go!

@CarolDM This is true. You know, I've seen some sort of new invention that is supposed to train your cat to use the toilet.. I just... I don't think I'd want that.

@simone10 I was married once. That man was a mama's boy through and through. The man I am dating now has been single for quite a few years. I haven't been to his home but I've seen pictures of it, it seems as if he keeps up with the chores. These things are important!

I hope so too. I like the handheld vacs, I know it's not for everyone.
